Role Description
As a Senior Area Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding market presence in assigned territories. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with retail partners, identifying new sales opportunities, meeting sales targets, and ensuring the effective execution of marketing promotions. Additional duties include monitoring market trends, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and providing insightful reports on performance metrics. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh, India.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Negotiation, and Market Identification
- Experience with Client Acquisition, Relationship Management, and Retail Partnerships
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to Analyze Market Trends and Generate Insights
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Relevant work experience in FMCG or similar industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
