Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Area Manager, located in Sangli. The Senior Area Manager will oversee daily operations across multiple branches, ensuring efficient and customer-centric delivery of financial services. Responsibilities include monitoring branch performance, leading and mentoring teams, implementing business strategies, achieving sales and collection targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and driving impactful initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with proven ability to mentor and guide teams effectively
- Experience in business strategy execution, sales planning, performance analysis, and achieving targets in a financial services environment
- Solid understanding of financial products such as microfinance and MSME business loans
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to engage with stakeholders and team members
- Proficiency in analyzing data, performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and governmental regulations
- Ability to adapt to dynamic business environments and thrive while working on-site
- Previous experience in a similar role within the financial or microfinance sector is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
