Role Description The Senior ArcOne Technical Architect is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of ArcOne-based solutions for clients. This contract role involves collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to define system architecture, integration patterns, performance standards, and security best practices. The architect will oversee technical design reviews, guide development teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and client requirements. The position is hybrid, based in Nagpur, with the flexibility to perform part of the work from home while remaining available for on-site collaboration as needed. The role also includes mentoring team members, documenting architectural decisions, and contributing to continuous improvement of tools, frameworks, and delivery processes.
Qualifications
- Strong ArcOne platform expertise, including solution architecture, configuration, integration design, and performance optimization.
- Solid background in enterprise application architecture, system design, and software development lifecycle practices.
- Experience with integration technologies, APIs, databases, and security best practices relevant to ArcOne and related systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing scalable solutions.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural blueprints.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
- Proven experience in a senior architect or lead technical role, preferably within consulting or enterprise environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in architecture or ArcOne are a plus.
- Comfort working in a hybrid model in Nagpur, with flexibility for on-site and remote work as project needs require.
- Strong documentation skills and commitment to best practices, quality standards, and continuous learning.
