Job Title: Senior Architectural Draughtsman

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architecture Draughtsman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical drafting skills, a good understanding of architectural drawings, and the ability to convert concepts into accurate construction documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings and construction details.
- Ability to co-ordinate with architects, engineers, client and construction team at sites for design execution.
- Ability to ensure drawings in compliance to the building standards and regulations as applicable.
- Ability to maintain project documentation and drawing records.
- Support in preparing presentation and submission drawings.
- Generate 2D and 3D models of building structures using Revit software will be added advantages.
- Ensure drawings are completed within designated timelines as prescribed and adhere to quality standards.
Key Skills -
- 5+ years of experience as a Civil / Architectural Draftsman in Architecture sector. Experience in sports infrastructure is added advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Experience with Revit & Sketch-up software added advantage.
- Strong technical skills and understanding of drafting principles.
- Familiarity with Commercial & Sports construction processes, materials, and codes.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
Software Skills - AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite (Revit is an asset). Civil / Structural /Architect Draughtsman from preferably 3Years diploma in architectural assistantship / ITI civil or equivalent.
Industry – Architect firm.
