Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for either a Senior Architect or Junior Architect located in New Delhi. The role involves designing and evaluating architectural plans, coordinating with clients and teams to understand project requirements, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities include supervising projects, collaborating on design integration with different engineering disciplines, managing project timelines, and addressing technical challenges. The role offers opportunities to work on varied and challenging projects in the fields of construction, infrastructure, and interior design.
Key Responsibilities• Lead architectural planning, concept design, and project development.
• Review and approve architectural drawings, layouts, plans, elevations, and construction details.
• Prepare and supervise preparation of working drawings, design documentation, and DPRs.
• Develop and review 3D models, renderings, and design presentations.
• Coordinate with internal design teams, consultants, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients, project management teams, and external agencies for project requirements.
• Guide and mentor junior architects and design staff.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, statutory approvals, and project specifications.
• Evaluate design options and contribute to design discussions and decision-making.
• Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and design deliverables.
Additional Requirements• Experience in Government / Public Sector Projects is mandatory.
• Retired professionals or consultants with relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
• Candidate should be open to travel for site visits and client meetings when required.
