Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Goa or Mumbai, India for a Senior Architect with BIM expertise. The role involves leading architectural design projects, ensuring seamless integration with Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows. Responsibilities include managing projects, developing innovative design solutions, overseeing the implementation of BIM processes, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring project delivery within timelines are key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Architectural Design and a comprehensive understanding of Architecture principles. 5 to 10 years of relevant architectural experience
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and related software tools. 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Project Management, ensuring timelines, quality, and effective team coordination.
- Familiarity with Software Development and Integration to support cutting-edge practices in design and modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in managing large-scale or complex architectural projects is an advantage.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
