Position: Senior Architect
Experience: 4 to 5 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (mandatory)

What you’ll be responsible for:
• Leading high end residential projects from concept to execution
• Coordinating with consultants, clients, and internal teams
• Producing and reviewing detailed working drawings
• Managing timelines, deliverables, and site coordination
• Driving design intent through every stage
• Mentoring junior architects and setting quality benchmarks
• Taking ownership, not just tasks, but outcomes

Must-Have Skills & Tools
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• 4–5 years of professional experience after graduation
• AutoCAD, Strong command over working drawings & detailing
• SketchUp, Fast 3D modeling for design development
• Enscape / Lumion / V-Ray
• Adobe Suite (Photoshop + InDesign)
• MS Excel + Google Sheets
• Ability to develop GFC / working drawings independently
• Strong understanding of materials, construction details & site execution
• Experience in consultant coordination (structural, MEP, etc.)
• Ability to handle client communication and meetings
• Knowledge of site supervision & issue resolution
• Basic understanding of codes, bylaws, and approvals
