Job Title: Senior Architect

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Architect with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing architectural projects while ensuring quality, functionality, and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
- Prepare layouts, 3D models, and presentations
- Ensure projects comply with building codes, safety standards, and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
- Manage timelines and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Review and approve materials, finishes, and specifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.)
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Working Days & Timings:
- Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM
