About The Role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join a dynamic Architecture and Interior Design team. The ideal candidate will lead architectural projects from concept to completion while managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present architectural design proposals considering functionality, aesthetics, and budget requirements
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, consultants, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using industry-standard software
- Lead and coordinate project teams while ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion
- Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and oversee construction progress
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Assist in project budgeting, cost estimation, and resource planning
- Participate in project meetings and maintain effective communication with stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in Architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively across departments
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles will be an added advantage
