Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect enterprise-level applications using Java/J2EE technologies
- Lead the technical design and implementation of WMS solutions
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical designs
- Define system architecture, integration strategy, and deployment models
- Drive best practices in coding, performance optimization, and security
- Lead technical reviews, code reviews, and architectural governance
- Handle integrations with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), third-party logistics, and external vendors
- Provide technical leadership to development and support teams
- Manage solution scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery planning
Technical Skills Required
Core Java Stack:
- Core Java, Java 8+
- Spring Boot / Spring MVC
- Hibernate / JPA
- RESTful Web Services / Microservices architecture
- JMS / Kafka (preferred)
- Multithreading & Performance tuning
WMS Expertise
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
- Experience in WMS configuration, customization & implementation
- Understanding of warehouse processes – inbound, outbound, picking, packing, inventory management
- Integration with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Manhattan/JDA preferred)
Database & Tools
- Oracle / MySQL / PostgreSQL
