• Experience: Minimum 15 years in IT Service Management roles.
• Certifications:
• ITIL v3 Expert or Intermediate level.
• ITIL 4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader.
• Expertise in:
• Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Request Management.
• Service Catalog, CMDB, and Configuration Management.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Cherwell, etc.).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
