Main Responsibilities
As a Senior Architect at VK:u, you’ll be a vital part of the design journey—right from concept to completion.
You will be deeply involved in the design process while ensuring projects are completed within set timelines.
Assist in executing project designs, detailing design documents, and managing site issues in coordination with the team.
Prepare ‘Good for Construction’ drawing sets in sync with team members.
Support the Project Incharge/Associate in instilling a strong design culture and awareness in the team.
In the absence of the Project Incharge:
Maintain effective communication with teams including Liaison, Client/Consultant, and Lead Director/Associate.
Act as the second point of contact for all Associate and Director-level communication.
Coordinate seamlessly with other Sr. Architects and team members.
We’re looking for someone with:
- M.Arch / B.Arch with 10+ years experience
- Excellent design and CAD skills
- Proven experience in handling large-scale & high rise projects
