Job DetailsPosition: Architect
Location: Ranchi (On-site)

Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities- Prepare architectural concepts, plans, and detailed working drawings
- Develop 2D and 3D architectural designs
- Coordinate with interior designers, structural consultants, and project teams
- Conduct site visits and monitor project execution
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and design standards
- Assist in preparing BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation
- Participate in client meetings and present design proposals
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar software
- Strong knowledge of architectural planning, detailing, and construction
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
