Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect, based in Bangalore Urban. The Senior Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural design processes, ensuring seamless integration of designs with ongoing construction. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with project teams, managing architectural projects, ensuring timely delivery, and addressing any challenges in execution. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams and assisting with innovative design solutions.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a proven track record in handling complex projects.
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of architectural projects.
- Knowledge of software development and integration relevant to architectural designs and building information modeling (BIM) tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Prior experience with high-rise construction projects is advantageous.
