Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect based in New Delhi. The Senior Architect will lead architectural design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with the firm's design philosophy. Responsibilities include preparing design concepts, overseeing project execution, managing timelines and budgets, supervising junior staff, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will bring creative vision, technical expertise, and strong project management capabilities to deliver exceptional architectural solutions.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in creating innovative and high-quality spatial solutions
- Strong Project Management skills, including budget, timeline management, and team coordination
- Proficiency in Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural tools and technology
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and vendors to ensure project success
- Degree in Architecture or a related field, with relevant professional certifications
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving aptitude, and a commitment to producing work of the highest standard
- Experience in luxury projects or high-end design is a plus
