Senior Architect – Stonespire Architects

About the Role
At Stonespire Architects, we believe in creating thoughtful, functional, and timeless spaces. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Architect who can independently lead projects from concept to construction documentation while ensuring design excellence and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative architectural concepts and space planning solutions.
- Prepare architectural planning, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Create and coordinate construction drawings for smooth on-site execution.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and the internal design team.
- Ensure drawings comply with project requirements, building regulations, and industry standards.
- Review drawings for accuracy, quality, and constructability.
- Manage multiple projects while adhering to timelines and deadlines.
- Guide and mentor junior architects and designers whenever required.
- Participate in client presentations, design discussions, and site coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architectural design and execution.
- Strong expertise in planning, elevations, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.
- Excellent design sensibility with a creative and practical approach.
- Ability to manage projects independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Photoshop (Revit knowledge is an added advantage).
