Job Description – Senior Architect
Position: Senior Architect | Location: SB Road, Pune | Experience: 10+ Years | CTC: Up to 15 LPA
About the Role
ShreeTech Group invites applications for the position of Senior Architect. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading architectural planning, design development, statutory approval coordination, and multidisciplinary project coordination for industrial, commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. Prior experience in factories, warehouses, logistics parks, manufacturing plants, or industrial campuses is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead conceptual planning, architectural layouts, elevations, sections, design development, and working drawings.
· Prepare industrial layouts, factory and warehouse plans, utility buildings, and land development plans.
· Coordinate effectively with Civil, Structural, MEP, Fire, execution teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.
· Manage statutory approvals, NOCs, occupancy certificates, factory approvals, and other regulatory clearances.
· Ensure compliance with NBC, DCR, local development control regulations, fire safety norms, environmental guidelines, and applicable statutory requirements.
· Conduct site visits, address design and site-related issues, review BOQs/specifications, and support value-engineering initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in architectural planning, industrial building design, and land development.
· Sound knowledge of statutory approvals, building regulations, and industrial project planning.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software; BIM knowledge will be an added advantage.
· Excellent coordination, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver within defined timelines.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Arch preferred; BE/B.Tech Civil candidates may be considered with relevant architectural planning experience.
· COA registration will be preferred.
· Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in architectural planning and project execution.
· Experience in industrial projects and statutory approval coordination is mandatory.
