Role Description
This full-time, on-site Senior Architect role is based in Tiruchirappalli. The Senior Architect will oversee architectural design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with the firm's emphasis on sustainability, functionality, and innovation. Responsibilities include leading architectural design processes, managing project teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring that projects meet time and budgetary expectations. The position also involves collaboration with multiple disciplines to integrate sustainable and intelligent solutions into all projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with strong creative and technical abilities in building design and planning
- Experience in Project Management and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Practical knowledge of Software Development and Integration to incorporate technology into designs effectively
- Ability to manage resources and budgets efficiently
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Professional licensure (or in process) and knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Experience working on sustainable design or with LEED-certified projects is a plus
