Job Title: Senior Architect

Location - Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Experience - Minimum 5 Years
Job Responsibilities
- Lead architectural and interior design projects from concept to execution.
- Prepare design presentations, working drawings, and GFC drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
- Review and manage project documentation and technical drawings.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and quality standards.
- Mentor junior architects and coordinate with drafting teams.
- Conduct site visits and resolve design and execution issues.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of construction detailing, working drawings, and project coordination.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
Preferred
- Experience in residential, commercial, healthcare, and hospitality projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
