Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect, located in Kerala, India. The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, overseeing project management, and coordinating the integration of various design elements. Key responsibilities include conceptualizing and developing architectural designs, collaborating with team members, and ensuring projects are completed on time and meet client expectations. The ideal candidate will serve as a mentor to junior staff, actively contribute to problem-solving, and bring innovative ideas to complex architectural challenges.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design with strong skills in creating innovative and functional design solutions.
- Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and execution of projects on schedule.
- Exceptional leadership, communication and collaborative abilities to foster efficient teamwork.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape or comparable tools.
- Professional degree in Architecture; licensure preferred, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Experience in sustainable design practices and familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations is a plus.
