Job Title: Senior Architect

Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Job Summary:Royallinks is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing and executing both residential and commercial projects, along with the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop innovative architectural designs for residential and commercial projects
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review and approve design changes and project modifications
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in residential and commercial projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design tools
- Good understanding of construction methods and materials
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in end-to-end project management
- Knowledge of sustainable and modern design practices
- Exposure to high-end residential or large-scale commercial projects
