Job Title: Senior Architect

Job Summary
Royallinks is looking for an experienced and creative Senior Architect to lead architectural design and planning for residential and interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring projects are completed according to client requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, design drawings, and detailed plans for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare layout plans, working drawings, and 3D design concepts.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.
- Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and interior teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and approve drawings, material selections, and design specifications.
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and ensure compliance with approved plans.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building regulations and standards.
- Guide and mentor junior architects and design team members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction and interior design coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or similar design software.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and site execution.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential villa, apartment, or renovation projects.
- Strong design presentation and visualization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
