About the Role
Puri Creators is looking for an experienced Sr. Architect to join our Architecture & Design team and contribute to the planning and development of high-rise, premium and ultra-luxury residential developments.
The role requires a strong combination of architectural design expertise, project feasibility understanding and statutory approval experience, along with the ability to coordinate effectively across consultants and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and planning from concept development through execution.
- Drive project feasibility studies, including FSI calculations, development potential, area planning and preliminary design options.
- Lead design development, space planning, working drawings and GFC documentation.
- Coordinate statutory and municipal approvals with liaison architects and relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape and other consultants to ensure integrated design solutions.
- Review drawings and documentation for quality, accuracy, constructability and regulatory compliance.
- Provide technical guidance to project/site teams and resolve design-related issues during execution.
- Work closely with management, internal teams, consultants and external stakeholders to take projects from feasibility and design through approvals and execution.
Key Requirements
- B.Arch. from a recognised institution.
- 15–20 years of experience with high-rise, premium and ultra-luxury residential developments.
- Strong hands-on exposure to Design, Feasibility & Statutory Approvals.
- Good understanding of FSI, development regulations, building codes and municipal approval processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other industry-standard architectural tools.
