Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Architect based in Worli, Mumbai. The Senior Architect will lead architectural design efforts, collaborate with international and local partners, and oversee project execution to ensure alignment with Provenance Land’s high standards. Responsibilities include creating design concepts, managing design development, preparing and reviewing architectural plans, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring compliance with regulations and sustainability goals. The Senior Architect will also play a critical role in integrating creative vision with functional and aesthetic requirements.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architectural Design, Conceptual Design, and Project Development
- Strong skills in Technical Drawings, Construction Documentation, and Compliance with local building norms
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools
- Experience in managing cross-functional collaborations with design consultants, engineers, and contractors
- Solid understanding of Green Building standards and sustainable design principles
- Ability to lead multiple large-scale projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field; licensure as an architect is preferred
- 10+ years of experience in high-end residential or commercial design, with proven leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with partners, clients, and stakeholders
- Experience in luxury residential projects is a significant advantage
