We are inviting applications for the position of Senior Architect to lead the architectural design, planning, and execution of industrial and institutional projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, planning, and execution of company’s architectural projects.
• Develop innovative and practical architectural concepts and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Review technical drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the architectural team.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong expertise in industrial and institutional project design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
