Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Architect role based in Kochi. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients, managing project teams, ensuring seamless integration of design elements, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architectural Design and Architecture with a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces
- Proficiency in Software Development and Integration relevant to modern architectural practices
- Strong Project Management skills, including team coordination and adherence to timelines and budgets
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Prior experience in leading architectural projects, preferably in a senior role
- Innovative thinking with a focus on creating designs that resonate with users
