Pioneer Urban Land & Infrastructure Ltd., a leading real estate developer with a strong legacy of landmark developments across Gurugram, is looking for a Senior Architect to lead architectural design integration for our upcoming projects in Vrindavan.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Lead architectural design development from concept to construction documentation
* Conduct design reviews, feasibility studies, and value engineering to optimize project outcomes
* Ensure compliance with zoning regulations, building codes, fire safety norms, and environmental guidelines
* Coordinate with civil, structural, MEP, and landscape consultants for integrated project execution
* Manage technical documentation, BOQs, RFIs, and regulatory approvals
* Implement sustainable design practices and digital project tracking tools
* Handle client escalations, risk assessments, and post-construction handovers
🔹 Requirements
* Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Architecture
* 8–10 years of experience in real estate project design and execution
* Strong knowledge of Indian building regulations, RERA compliance, and MEP coordination
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and MS Office
