Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Architect to lead the design development and technical detailing of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in architectural design, compliance, and execution, with a sharp eye for aesthetics and functionality. This role will focus on the design, planning, technical review, and quality standards of our architectural work, without a requirement for coordination or client handling.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the conceptual and schematic design process across various project types (residential, commercial, industrial, etc.).
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, construction details, material specifications, and 3D models.
• Ensure all architectural designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Oversee design documentation for statutory approvals (as per local authority norms).
• Perform regular quality checks of architectural drawings and site outputs for accuracy and alignment with design intent.
• Conduct in-house design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior architects and drafting teams.
• Ensure sustainable design principles and innovative solutions are integrated into every project.
• Stay updated with trends in architecture, materials, and construction technologies.
• Support the engineering and site execution team by providing detailed design clarifications as needed

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch. / M.Arch).
• 10+ years of professional experience in architectural design and detailing.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, practices, and standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and other architectural software.
• Strong design sensibility and technical acumen.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in Team Handling.
• Prior experience in large-scale residential, commercial and industrial projects.
