We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Architect to lead architectural design and project lifecycles from concept to completion. You will oversee technical development, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure all projects align with our high standards of excellence and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Leadership: Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of high-quality architectural designs and detailed drawings.
- Project Management: Oversee end-to-end project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Team Mentorship: Supervise and mentor junior/intermediate architects, refining their design skills and industry knowledge.
- Compliance & Approvals: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, zoning laws, and municipal approvals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Consult with clients, construction managers, surveyors, and other external vendors to integrate all design requirements flawlessly
