Job Description: Senior Architect – US Back Office

Position Overview
The Senior Architect will play a critical leadership role in supporting US-based architectural projects from the back office. This position is responsible for leading design initiatives, ensuring compliance with US standards, and delivering high-quality, innovative, and sustainable architectural solutions across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments. Specifically Single villa working experience.
The role requires close collaboration with US-based clients, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities
Architectural Design Leadership
- Lead the development of architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings.
- Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee preparation of presentations, construction drawings, and design documentation.
Project Management & Coordination
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
- Review project deliverables including specifications, reports, and technical documentation.
Collaboration with US-Based Teams
- Work closely with US-based clients, project managers, and engineering teams.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client communication and coordination.
- Ensure seamless execution of design intent across geographically distributed teams.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all designs comply with US building codes, zoning laws, and applicable regulations.
- Conduct quality reviews and audits to maintain design excellence.
- Address design challenges and provide technically sound solutions.
Leadership & Team Development
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff.
- Provide technical direction and support for project teams.
- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven team environment.
Sustainability & Innovation
- Promote sustainable design practices and environmentally responsible solutions.
- Integrate industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative methodologies.
- Support green building initiatives and certification processes (e.g., LEED, BREEAM).
Client Engagement
- Build and maintain effective relationships with US-based clients and stakeholders.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and design reviews.
- Address client feedback and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Architect (RA or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in architectural design and project leadership.
- Proven experience in commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.
