Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Senior Architect. The Senior Architect will lead the design and development of modular furniture projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute architectural layouts, ensuring high standards of design and functionality. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, conducting site visits, managing client consultations, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and sustainability practices. The role also involves mentoring junior architects and contributing to process improvements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
- Strong project management skills with experience in leading design teams and meeting deadlines.
- Expertise in materials, structural design, and sustainable architectural practices.
- Exceptional skills in communication, collaboration, and client relationship management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Professional licensure in architecture and a proven track record of project management.
- Experience in modular furniture design is highly preferred.
