Role Description The Senior Architect will lead end-to-end design projects, from concept development and detailed drawings to execution and handover. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand requirements, developing architectural and interior design solutions, and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure design integrity and timely delivery. The role involves overseeing project documentation, design integration across disciplines, and quality control on site, with regular site visits and reviews. The Senior Architect will mentor junior team members, support master planning efforts for healthcare and other specialty projects, and contribute to design standards and best practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including concept development, space planning, and technical detailing.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and budget and timeline oversight.
- Candidates should possess relevant Software Development–adjacent skills such as familiarity with design and BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and digital workflows for documentation and coordination.
- Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and registration/licensure as an architect (or eligibility) preferred.
- Proven experience leading interior and architectural projects, ideally including healthcare or complex commercial environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities, with the capacity to guide junior designers.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced studio and project environment.
