Job Summary:
Future Craft Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design,
plan, and oversee civil and interior infrastructure projects. The Architect will be responsible for
preparing design concepts, coordinating with execution teams, and ensuring compliance with
applicable standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and working plans.
• Develop concept designs and 3D visualizations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation.
• Prepare BOQs, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Assist in material selection and project planning.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 2–5 years of experience in civil/interior projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and relevant design software.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred:
• Experience in commercial and residential projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
