We’re Hiring | Senior Architects – Real Estate | Gurgaon

We are expanding our team and looking for accomplished Senior Architects to lead and deliver exceptional real estate projects in Gurgaon.

🔹 Position: Senior Architect

🔹 Location: Gurgaon

🔹 Experience: Minimum 15 years in real estate / large-scale development projects

Key Expectations:

✔ Proven experience in designing and executing high-quality real estate projects

✔ Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and industry standards

✔ Ability to lead design teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

✔ Exceptional creativity combined with strategic and technical expertise

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design to create functional and innovative designs
• Experience with Software Development and Integration for implementing advanced technical solutions into architectural projects
• Proficiency in Project Management to effectively oversee timelines, budgets, and collaboration among stakeholders
• Problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking to address design and construction challenges
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles is an advantage
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams
