Role Description
At Diggvijay Architects LLP, we’re looking for a Senior Architect who can lead projects end-to-end from concept development to execution on site. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership, manage teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality design solutions while mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for leading and managing a team of 10–12 junior architects, including design reviews, technical guidance (architecture & interior), and mentoring across architecture and interior design.
- Independently drive design decisions and ensure high standards of execution across all stages.
- Prepare 2D drawings (ZWCAD) & 3D models (SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape)
- Develop engaging design presentations (PowerPoint, Canva, Photoshop)
- Collaborate with consultants, vendors, and site contractors.
- Track site progress, manage material deliveries, and resolve issues.
- Document site meetings and communicate updates to clients.
- Stay updated with trends and integrate design innovations Support AI and tech integration into design workflows.
- Ensure regulatory compliance & design quality standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Arch) in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture & interior design .
- Strong design and technical skills Proficiency in ZWCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape.
- Excellent communication and time management.
- A proactive, collaborative attitude Interest in sustainable design & AI tools is a plus
