Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Architect for a full-time, on-site position at our Bengaluru office. In this role you will,
- Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion, oversee project planning, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Lead your team on medium to large-scale projects, managing design, timelines, budgets, and quality.
- Develop architectural plans, 3D visuals, and specifications using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with regulations, sustainability standards, and project goals.
Qualifications and what we look for
- 8+ years of experience and proven track record of handling mid to large scale projects in commercial/healthcare/residential/institutional/hospitality (as applicable).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution
- Professional licensure as an architect
- Proven expertise in Architectural Design and general design principles to create functional and inspiring spaces
- Deep understanding of technical aspects. standards and principles.
- Proficiency in software tools related to architectural design
- Knowledge of BIM is desired but not mandatory
- Strong Project Management skills, including the ability to lead projects, teams, manage budgets, meet deadlines and satisfy client expectations.
- Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills.
