DFA invites applications from dynamic professional with over 5+ years of rich experience in Architecture and Interiors, having an experience of working in a large firm.
Job Title:
Senior Architect who will be responsible for leading a team of architects and assistants throughout all design stages. The candidate will be working closely with the Principal Architect and will be independently responsible for leading projects.
Job Requirements:
- Preparation of Concept design presentations to GFC Drawings
- Coordination with MEP, Structural, Landscape and other consultants
- Interaction with client on day-to-day basis
- Attend project meetings at site and client’s office
- Resolve site RFI
- Prepare BOQs (Civil and Architectural)
- Coordination of approval drawings through various stages of work
- In-depth knowledge of materials and construction methodology
- Good PR and communication skills.
