Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram for a Senior Architect. The Senior Architect will oversee architectural design, guide software development processes, and ensure effective system integration. Responsibilities include collaborating with project teams to create innovative solutions, leading design reviews, and managing complex projects from conception to delivery. The Senior Architect will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and aligning deliverables with organizational objectives and timelines.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design to conceptualize and create innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in Software Development and System Integration to ensure seamless functionality across platforms.
- Strong Project Management skills, including leadership, team coordination, and timely delivery of projects.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage.
- Experience in managing large-scale projects; familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus.
- A keen understanding of design principles and how architectural solutions integrate into larger business goals.
