Job details:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead design development, manage projects end-to-end, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibility along with execution expertise.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Concept Development
Lead architectural design from concept to execution stage
Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and material palettes
Ensure innovative, functional, and aesthetic design solutions
Review and guide junior architects and designers
2. Project Planning & Site Coordination
Coordinate with site teams for smooth execution of projects
Conduct regular site visits and resolve on-site challenges
Ensure drawings are executed as per design intent
Monitor timelines, quality, and progress
3. Client Coordination
Understand client requirements and translate them into design solutions
Conduct client meetings and presentations
Manage client expectations and provide regular project updates
4. 3D Visualization & Presentation
Develop high-quality 3D models and renders
Prepare presentation drawings and walkthroughs
Proficiency in software like SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, 3ds Max, etc.
5. Vendor Sourcing & Management
Identify and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants
Source materials, finishes, and products as per project needs
Negotiate pricing and ensure quality standards
6. BOQ & Documentation
Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
Develop working drawings, GFC drawings, and tender documents
Ensure accuracy in specifications and cost estimation
7. Team Leadership
Lead and mentor junior architects and interns
Allocate tasks and ensure timely deliverables
Maintain design and documentation standards across projects
Required Skills
Strong design and detailing skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape/3ds Max, Photoshop
Good knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and site practices
Strong project management and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Architecture
Experience in residential, villa, or luxury projects (preferred)
Ability to handle multiple projects independently
