Role Description The Senior Architect role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi NCR. This role involves leading architectural design for residential projects, preparing and reviewing drawings, plans, and specifications, and ensuring compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company guidelines. The Senior Architect will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to coordinate design implementation, oversee design changes, and resolve technical issues during project execution. Daily responsibilities include guiding junior team members, participating in client presentations, aligning design solutions with project budgets and timelines, and supporting integration of design concepts with related software and systems.
Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in Architectural Design, with demonstrated experience in residential or large-scale projects.
- Ability to collaborate on Software Development and Integration aspects related to design tools, BIM platforms, or project management systems.
- Proven Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and cross-functional stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and familiarity with construction methodologies and materials.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and quality.
- Experience working on high-density residential or mixed-use developments, preferably in Indian metro or urban markets.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to mentor and guide junior architects and designers.
