Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect, based in Delhi, India. The Senior Architect will oversee architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring design integrity, technical precision, and compliance with project requirements. Responsibilities include creating architectural designs, overseeing project management, collaborating with clients and internal teams, leading coordination for project execution, and ensuring the integration of sustainable practices and functionality in every project.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Advanced skills in Project Management, including timeline creation, team coordination, and budget management
- Experience with Software Development and Integration for architectural tools and processes
- Strong analytical skills, creativity, and a thorough understanding of sustainable building practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent field and minimum 5 years of industry experience.
