Key Responsibilities:
Concept to Execution: Own the project brief to develop innovative design concepts, master layouts, and comprehensive design solutions.
Advanced Modeling: Create and refine high-quality 3D models and detailed working drawings utilizing AutoCAD and Revit.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal engineering teams to seamlessly integrate structural, MEP, and HVAC requirements into architectural plans.
Client & Project Management: Lead client coordination meetings, manage design variations, track project man-hours, and plan delivery matrices for junior assistants.
Regulatory Compliance: Gather critical statutory data, local building codes, and development regulations to ensure flawless project execution.
Qualifications:
· Degree in architecture, B. Arch or equivalent
· Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, etc.
· Minimum 5 to 6 years' experience in the relevant field
· Project management skills will be an added advantage.
