Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position in Mumbai for a Senior Architect at ArchiLab Designs. The Senior Architect will lead architectural design processes, oversee project management tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery. Responsibilities will include conceptualizing and executing architectural designs, supervising project execution, coordinating with clients, ensuring compliance with design and construction standards, and mentoring junior team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture and interior design field.
- Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural & Interior Design, with proven experience in designing diverse project types and scales. This includes redevelopment projects as well. Knowledge of Bye Laws is necessary.
- Proficiency in software tools relevant for design and development. CAD, BIM (Revit), Sketchup, Lumion. M.S Office, AI Tools for design & renderings
- Demonstrated ability in Project Management, including resource planning, timeline adherence, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and building regulations is an advantage.
- A portfolio showcasing experience with high-end projects will be beneficial.
