Company Description Pescora Designs is a multidisciplinary interior design and architecture studio delivering residential and commercial projects across Mumbai. The studio brings together a team of over 20 professionals with strong on-site experience and a focus on cost-conscious planning. Projects are managed end-to-end, from concept to completion, with an emphasis on efficient execution and practical design solutions. Team members collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure high-quality outcomes that align with project budgets and timelines.
Role Description The Senior Architect will lead architectural design for residential and commercial projects, overseeing conceptualization, detailed drawings, and design development in alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal design teams, consultants, and site teams; reviewing construction documentation; conducting site visits; and ensuring design integrity during execution. The role involves managing project timelines, monitoring budgets, and supporting cost-conscious planning while guiding junior team members and contributing to design reviews. This is a full-time, role based in thane, with a combination of in-office/site presence and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience delivering residential and commercial projects.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and budget monitoring.
- Experience with Integration of design disciplines (architecture, interior design, structural, MEP) into cohesive project solutions.
- Proficiency in relevant design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM software) and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead teams, mentor junior staff, and manage client relationships.
- Proven on-site experience and ability to conduct site inspections, resolve design issues, and coordinate with contractors.
