Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with the flexibility to work from home partially. The Senior Architect and Design Coordinator will lead architectural design projects, collaborate with software development teams for seamless integration, and ensure the delivery of high-quality 3D visualizations. The role includes managing projects, overseeing design processes, coordinating teams across departments, and driving innovations to meet client expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design with an excellent grasp of design principles and workflows.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Integration to contribute effectively to technical aspects of 3D design solutions.
- Experience in Project Management to oversee timelines, coordinate teams, and ensure project deliverables are met efficiently.
- Exceptional communication and collaborative skills to work cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into innovative architectural and design solutions.
- Experience with 3D visualization tools and familiarity with AI-driven technologies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Tackle complex business challenges, ranging from process design to growth experiments.
- Contributing to improving our client experience and overall project success rates.
