About the Job
We are seeking a Program Manager (Architect / Sr. Designer) for our Mumbai office within the Retail + Restaurant studio. This role is specifically suited for a qualified Architect or Interior Designer with strong experience in retail project documentation, construction, and execution. The position focuses on the timely and accurate delivery of architectural project deliverables from design development through construction, managing multiple projects or workstreams, supporting high-quality documentation, and providing leadership across teams under the guidance of studio leadership.

This is a full-time, in-office Program Manager role based in our Mumbai office, responsible for overseeing program-level delivery, coordinating teams and resources, and maintaining quality, schedule, and financial alignment across projects.
Role Overview
The Program Manager plays a key role in setting direction and overseeing execution across multiple retail and restaurant projects. You will work closely with studio leadership, Project Leaders, and internal teams to ensure deliverables are accurate, coordinated, and aligned with client expectations, while supporting team development and delivery efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop a clear understanding of client objectives, scope, and delivery requirements.
· Set project and program workflows, production strategies, and documentation processes.
· Delegate work based on project scope, timelines, and team skill sets.
· Manage the delivery of client deliverables within agreed timelines and budgets, including identifying additional scope or services.
· Monitor staffing plans, resource allocation, and revenue projections across projects.
· Ensure adherence to professional standards, technical procedures, and documentation protocols.
· Conduct quality checks to ensure deliverables are coordinated, accurate, and error-free.
· Provide technical guidance and direction to resolve complex design and documentation challenges.
· Direct production and maintain quality control across construction documentation sets.
· Support construction administration, including RFI responses, submittal reviews, and project close-out activities.
Team & Mentorship
· Lead, mentor, and support architects, designers, and Project Leaders.
· Support onboarding, training, and regular team check-ins.
· Encourage knowledge sharing, consistency, and best practices across projects.
Skills & Capabilities
· Strong experience in retail and restaurant architectural delivery and rollout programs.
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
· Strong proficiency in Revit and working knowledge of AutoCAD.
· Solid understanding of detailing, constructability, and consultant coordination.
· Comfortable working in a multi-office, multi-time-zone delivery environment.

Education & Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
· 15+ years of experience in retail and rollout-focused architectural projects.
· Prior experience working on global retail or F&B programs is preferred.
