Essenn Architects is hiring.
We are looking for a Senior Architect with proven experience in luxury hospitality design to join our team and lead high-end projects across hotels, & resorts.
What you’ll do
- Lead design development from concept to execution for luxury hospitality projects
- Translate concepts into detailed drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Coordinate with consultants, interior designers, and hotel operators
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and luxury benchmarks
- Support site teams in resolving design and execution challenges
- Drive client presentations, design approvals, and coordination meetings
- Mentor junior team members and maintain design quality
What we’re looking for
- 8–10 years of experience in hospitality architecture / luxury interiors
- Strong portfolio of hotels, resorts, or high-end F&B projects
- Deep understanding of guest experience, planning, and premium detailing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), Adobe Suite
- Strong communication and client management skills
Bonus if you have
- Experience with international hospitality brands
- Exposure to design + build / turnkey projects
- Knowledge of local approvals and coordination processes
