About the Studio
Fahed + Architects is a multiple award-winning design studio with offices in Dubai, Bali, and Kochi.

Our projects span hospitality, residential, cultural and institutional typologies, with a strong emphasis on materiality, narrative, and contextual intelligence.
We are looking for individuals who do not simply execute drawings — but shape ideas.
Role: Design Lead (Architecture + Interiors + Landscape)
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a design-driven professional capable of leading projects across architecture, interiors, and landscape from concept through execution.
This is a design leadership role — not a coordination role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design from early concept to developed stages
- Drive architectural language, spatial planning, and interior environments
- Integrate landscape into the overall design narrative
- Develop cohesive material palettes
- Present ideas confidently to clients
- Coordinate consultants while protecting design intent
- Mentor junior team members
What We’re Looking For
- Strong conceptual thinker with refined design sensibility
- Experience in architecture + interiors (landscape experience is a plus)
- Ability to take projects from sketch to execution
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Eye for proportion, materiality, and spatial experience
- Comfortable handling complex, high-value projects
Qualifications
- 3–10 years experience
- Degree in Architecture (Landscape Architecture is a plus)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating concept + execution
