Job details:
The EdTech industry is grappling with a critical obstacle: creating learning content that engages students while addressing their individual educational requirements. The market is flooded with one-size-fits-all, low-impact learning platforms, making differentiation increasingly difficult. Evidence shows that educational resources failing to resonate with learners or accommodate diverse learning preferences result in marked declines in engagement, producing a void in meaningful educational outcomes. Educators face mounting pressure to deliver personalized, high-caliber instruction within limited time and budgetary frameworks.
LearnWith.AI addresses this challenge directly by leveraging artificial intelligence to transform educational content development. Our mission extends beyond creating AI utilities—we engineer AI-powered ecosystems that produce adaptive, learner-centered materials. Envision an AI-enabled "Second Brain" for disciplines such as History or Science—a sophisticated knowledge framework that generates compelling, responsive content on demand. This strategy distinguishes us within a saturated marketplace and expands the scope of AI applications in education, enhancing accessibility, effectiveness, and student satisfaction.
This position diverges from conventional AI engineering assignments. You will not be confined to programming tasks or theoretical model development. Your mandate is to spearhead efforts that reshape student learning by architecting and deploying AI-enabled workflows that deliver genuinely personalized educational journeys. Candidates seeking routine responsibilities or gradual optimization will not find this role suitable—it is designed for driven innovators prepared to deploy advanced technology for tangible, real-world outcomes.
In this capacity, you will architect AI-powered educational platforms with the capability to redefine learning paradigms. You will employ LLMs as specialized domain authorities to construct contextual knowledge frameworks and intelligent tutoring systems, guaranteeing that our AI produces content with depth and relevance. If the prospect of applying AI to revolutionize education excites you, and you are ready to assume ownership of initiatives that challenge conventional limits, we encourage your application.
What You Will Be Doing
- Architecting AI-Powered Workflows: Orchestrating diverse AI technologies, crafting prompts, and iterating on workflows informed by input from domain specialists and end users.
- Constructing Context Packs and Second Brains: Leveraging LLMs as specialized knowledge sources to create and sustain documentation that captures expertise and proprietary organizational intelligence.
- Architecting and deploying data structures that deliver contextual reinforcement for operational logic, maintaining performant and scalable data architectures.
Senior Applied AI Engineer Key Responsibilities
- Drive differentiation for LearnWith.AI by producing compelling and individualized educational materials through AI-driven methodologies
Basic Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience
- Proven track record integrating LLMs into production software systems (chatbot development or basic coding assistant usage does not meet this requirement)
- Verifiable passion for educational technology
