Job details:
The EdTech industry confronts a critical obstacle: creating learning content that captures attention while addressing each student's individual requirements. The marketplace is saturated with standardized, low-impact educational tools, making differentiation more essential than ever. Evidence shows that learning materials that fail to resonate with students or accommodate their distinct learning preferences result in sharp declines in engagement, leaving a void in meaningful educational experiences. Educators bear the burden of delivering personalized, high-caliber instruction amid severe limitations in time and resources.
LearnWith.AI directly addresses this challenge by deploying AI to transform content development. Our focus extends beyond constructing AI utilities—we engineer AI-powered platforms that produce dynamic, learner-customized materials. Envision an AI-enabled "Second Brain" for disciplines such as Science or History—a sophisticated knowledge system capable of delivering compelling, responsive content on a large scale. This groundbreaking methodology distinguishes us in a saturated field while expanding the frontier of AI applications in education, making learning more attainable, impactful, and engaging.
This position diverges from conventional AI engineering roles. Your scope will extend beyond coding or developing abstract AI architectures. You'll spearhead initiatives that transform student learning by architecting and deploying AI-powered processes that deliver genuinely individualized educational experiences. This role does not suit individuals seeking routine assignments or gradual refinements—it is designed for driven innovators ready to apply advanced technology to generate tangible impact.
As an integral contributor to our team, you'll architect AI-powered educational platforms with the capacity to reshape the learning environment. You'll deploy LLMs as subject-area specialists to construct contextual knowledge frameworks and intelligent tutoring systems, guaranteeing that our AI produces content that is substantive and consequential. If the prospect of leveraging AI to redefine education excites you and you're prepared to assume ownership of initiatives that expand the limits of feasibility, we encourage your application.
What You Will Be Doing
- Architecting AI-Powered Processes: Combining multiple AI technologies, crafting prompts, and optimizing workflows in response to input from domain specialists and end users.
- Constructing Knowledge Frameworks and Second Brains: Leveraging LLMs as subject-matter authorities to create and curate documents that capture expertise and proprietary organizational intelligence.
- Architecting and deploying data architectures that deliver contextual infrastructure for business logic, ensuring performant and scalable data frameworks.
Senior Applied AI Engineer Key Responsibilities
- Enable LearnWith.AI to distinguish itself in the competitive landscape by producing compelling and individualized educational materials through AI-powered solutions
Basic Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a software engineer
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into production software products (chatbot development or basic coding assistant usage does not meet this criterion)
- Proven interest in EdTech
